Sonoma Lake is a beautiful community that features a nice neighborhood pool, clubhouse & large pond. Located on the South side of NW 164th, just east of Pennsylvania Ave, Sonoma Lake is made up of homes from about 1600-3000 square feet, built between 2005-2008. There are even a few lots left, if you want to build a new home instead.

According to the OKCMAR MLS, homes sold in Sonoma Lake for $148,007 to $275,000, with an average of $100.44 per square foot in 2008.
