Bristol Park is a nice established community built between 1997-2003 that features a nice neighborhood pool, playground (pictured above), paved sidewalks, and convenient access to highways, shopping and restaurants.

The kids of Bristol Park get to go to Charles Haskell Elementary, Summit Middle School, and Edmond Santa Fe High School.

Located on the North side of 33rd St, East of Santa Fe, Bristol Park homes sold for $136,900 to $186,000 in 2008, with an average of $95.53 per square foot, according to the OKCMAR MLS.
